Looking for supplier for UV and IR LEDs

I am trying to find a place to purchase the following LEDs:

1. 185-260nm UV
2. 0.7 to 3.5 micrometer IR
3. 400 to 700nm visible

I need them to build a test lamp for setting off UV/IR flame detectors. If anyone knows a source for these LEDs, I would appreciate it. Even bulbs would work if I can't find LEDs.

The shortest wavelength LED I've seen is a 365 nm one. I've heard about 260 nm LEDs, but those might just be from research.

I did some more looking into this and there are some 260nm LEDs for sale, but they are in the hundreds of dollars. I will probably need to use a bulb instead. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the link to Roithner Laser. They have both the UV and IR LEDs, but they are definitely more than I want to pay. I'll keep looking for a low cost option.

In ebay I see some IR 3 watts leds but I am not sure if they are exactly that you need.
