Dear all,

please help me: I've noticed SureFire flashlights that look like short 6P. Are those customs, prototypes, etc.?

I want one!!! :poof: I love my two 6Ps, and I'd love to add one...

Can someone please post some photos and information?

The 3P is a discontinued model, they come up for sale quite regularly in the CPFMP.

They come with a 3v lamp that is a little bit useless by all accounts, but are popular because of their colectibility, selling for around $100. They have round bodies and round head, a search of the CPFMP will bring up quite a few photos.

3P's are like little pocket rockets...and with companies like lumens factory and the use of rcr123's you can kick some lumens.

Surefire needs to put these back in production.Maybe include a Nitrolon version for $39.They would sell every last one of them.

You can always get yourself either an E1E or E2E, (depending what cell/s you want to use) an adaptor to fit the "C" head on to the "E" body and you are done.....in fact the E1E/C bezel would be slightly smaller than the original 3P.

Why do You need one?
It has never been good in original state (compared to the just "a bit" bigger 6P), it has never been small,
most any modern CR123 light is way smaller and built with smaller diameter (which is why I primarily didnt like at the 3P - together with its crappy original output)

the light assemblys are sized like the ones for 6P, so any 6P suiting insert also fits into the 3P

I like the look and that I can use the same bezel and/or tailcaps from my other 6Ps...

Or add a Detonator and have an interesting answer to the Z2's combat grip?

Because we want an E1T?
