I bought a couple Photon 3's from a local shop and was pretty disappointed when the batteries kept dying, and I also felt kinda wimpy thinking the buttons were sorta hard to push... I was just gonna toss them in the trash, and go back to my many Photon II's when I found out about the new versions on this board.

I sent them in and got replacement Photon 3's AND replacement batteries for the ones that died on me! All within about 1.2 weeks INCLUDING the Thanksgiving holiday!

If only more companies could be as innovative AND efficient!

My defective Photon III is going in the mail tomorrow. I hope I have good fortune as well. I have heard a lot of positives about their customer service so I am not too worried about it. Just aggravated that I got a defective one in the first place.
