Well, I took advantage of Peter's "foot in the door" offer, and am really glad I did. Killer little flashlight, even if it is an entry level model!

Now I need to get comfortable holding and deploying such a compact package. I am afraid this will not be the last LS.

Thanks to everyone in this forum because you really helped get me into a family of flashlights that I never would have discovered on my own.

But that would be like an entry level Ferrari /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif.Nothing to be ashamed of.

I got mine today as well. Thanks Peter.

I don't know about everyone else, but holding an ARC LS for the first time is just great. And it seems to just get better.
I know that I couldn't hardly wait to go to the ARC LS roll call.
Great light.
Congratulations Geode on your induction.

Me too.

But I couldn't touch anyting at all, as Arc-AAs' even 2nd, because of the superior quality.
Now, I know that the Arcs' cannot be mod base but the standard.

Hey, the LSL is hardly entry-level. I would call the AAA and AA the entry-level models and the entire LS series is the step up. Depending on your use, the LSL may be even more valuable to you than the LSH...closer-use tasks would favor the LSL and farther tasks would favor the LSH. No matter how you use them, they're both cool lights.

Geode welcome to the LSL club I don't consider the LS series to be entry level for flashaholics. I have surefires that take a back seat to the ARC LSH-p for light color and beam. Its high tech from head to tail. The AA and AAA are no slouches them selves they are an amazing piece of engineering for their dimensions.
