Hi Flashpots,
Heres another one for you, I bought this in the UK nearly 2 yrs ago, from the UK distributors of the wind up radios etc, they were going to be UK distributors for the lucido range of elite flashlights, not sure if they are but a google of Lucido x36 doesnt bring up much. Anyhow, I bought it at trade price of £68 plus tax so about $180 which he reckoned would retail around £120 or $250. It is a great light with fantastic throw and a clear white led light. The LED is mounted on the cross member infront of the reflector and thus shines backwards onto a stippled reflector. Runs on 2 x D cells. I keep it in my truck at all times and it really has been handy, but I would just like to know a little more about it, what sort of LED it uses etc. Here's hoping you flashaholics may be able to shed some light on it..... sorry couldnt resist that one.
Anyhow, here are the photos of the Lucido X36.
Beamshot onto an off white wall at 4m (12ft) with 42" plasma for scale
Just curious, so if you can help I would be grateful.
cheers
Lee
