Lumapower PM33 owners, is this a good battery vampire?

I've found it quite possible to suck an alkaline quite dry with a Lumapower LM31, perhaps a good vampire for AA that can be bright if needed.

I was wondering if the LM33 would make a good CR123 vampire?

Any comments from users?
