What would be a better investment for a tactical multimode flashlight used for a backup in police work/backup caving light? Lumens Factory SP-6/sp-9 or a customized solarforce with 300 lms otf from a solarforce 5 mode dropin. In this particular case the solarforce flashlight would come with a charger and 4 RCR123 batteries. Any help would be appreciated.
