Luminox Navy Seals Dive Watch & Series II?

Could someone please post the difference between the standard Navy Seal and the Series II watch? I plan to purchase one soon.

I'm pretty sure the only changes are cosmetic and the series II comes with rubber and nylon strap. The nylon has the seals budweiser and a compass. other than that same watch
