Fellas, some info has been posted about this company before (dunno when, but some will remember):

Fraen Optics

These are the guys who design and make the collimators for the luxeons.

*EDIT: GAAAWD! They have pix of some REALLY *FUNKY* stuff using luxeons there! And it also appears that there are highly focused and compact (tall but slim) collimators for luxeons they've made. HA! Wonder if they'll fit in an Inretech Mega6?!

Interesting find. I didn't know lumileds contracted out the optics.

I wonder what the beams from those collimators with the faceted surfaces would look like, and if those are the ones used in traffic signal and brake lights.
