Luxeon part numbers

I put this question here as this is about a mod. Can anyone give me the part numbers for the LS's that everyone uses here? I am looking for white and cyan with optics.

Thanks Lambda but I've been there and can't quite read the pdf's and can't quite tell one from another. Also do you use the batwing or lambertine?
