hey, somebody should manufacture a Luxeon Star light that uses lithium button cells, but maybe four of them so the runtime would be a little longer(or maybe one that uses 2AAA w/voltage step up)

Could button cells even provide the needed amps? Either way, glad to see you're thinking outside the box.

I just don't see it from a practical point of view-

Using coin cells, even the 2032's you would only get a half hour (at best) of light out of it. They DO make some coin cells that have almost 600mah, which would maybe give you more than an hour, but you would spend a fortune on batteries.

It would have a neat "Gadget" factor though.

(Speaking of that, Where is Gadget??? They must have chained him to his desk at his new job- I haven't noticed a post from him for a couple of weeks.)
