M1 cree

Does the M1 cree get 700Ma to the cree?
I ask because the wolf eyes cree LA lasts 3 hours regulated VS 1 for the m1...at the same lumens.Wonder how they got 2 extra hours at full brightness.

And where did you get the one hour regulated runtime for the M1? If that were so, I'd have 3 dead 18650's...
