I got my M60W MC-E on monday. Pure wall of light! For indoors and short distance outdoors it's unbelievable.

I only have a few beamshots in my living room, 18 feet to the curtains.

First up is a EagleTac T10C2 on low:

For fun, a Solarforce L900M in low:

Instead of a wall of light it looks to me like a room of light. Nice pics and light!

Whoah!
Theres so much light in that room from that MC-E that it looks like its being lit from overhead.
Like someone flipped the light switch on.

Very useful dropin, what impresses me the most is the flood of the beam. No hotspot you can't even tell at which angle the light is pointed, amazing.

What's the runtimes like?

Wow, it does look nice... reminds me of my old SF L2 with way better tint and spectrum. Still, I'm not looking for a room-light... I wonder if Gene will do a custom dropin for me with the best 8-degree spot he tested? I'm not going to be white-walling it...

Thanks everyone! I'd expect about 20-25 minutes of runtime on the 16340s. Gene's site says 45+ minutes on a pair of primaries. I have a Solarforce extender and plan on running it off of a pair of 17500s.

:wow:

..but that can't be considered a "beamshot"! Where's the beam?!! Holy cow, that's amazing.

Wow looks great! How many lumens and would it work well for room clearing?

M60W IS AMAZING. IT LOOKS LIKE A OVERHEAD LIGHT IS ON, BUT I CAN SEE THE SHADOW THAT'S CAST FROM THE COFFEE TABLE. WOW!

YES, THIS WOULD BE EXCELLENT FOR ROOM CLEARING.

I WANT ONE.lovecpf
