I was going to post this in the "flashlight reviews" but:
a) I'm an amateur flashlight afficionado, not really "qualified" to review one
b) these are budget lights made overseas and the reviews forum seems to be for the expensive stuff
c) It's not really a review, I just saw a foggy night and a chance to compare two flashlights I had.
So don't eat me alive for my amateur vid/quasi-review. I just thought some people who like a bright light for a budget price might find some use from this video.

I think the Romisen for $25 shipped is a steal. I've had it submerged in saltwater and used it for several months. Still works great.
And yes I am aware that the lumens are overstated. I don't know the actual output, but I've navigated my boat in the gulf of mexico at night with my romisen. It's bright enough for me!
