Mag 2D

Has anyone tried using this http://www.batteryjunction.com/tle-6k2.html in a 2D Mag with a 6AA battery pack? Just wondering if it would work and if it does would there be any benefits in terms of brightness.

It should work just fine for a 6AA to 2D in series adapter. You'll get less runtime than 4, 5 or 6 C/D cells, but the brightness wont be any different.
