MAG adjustable heatsink

I have searched and cannot find the thread of the quad and tri build using an adjustable heat sink.

I bought a tri star sink and im having problems making sure the lenses that I am using done come loose. I was thinking with the adjustable sink that I can get rid of this problem.

Where can I find this heat sink?
