MAHA MH-C9000 / Eneloops

Hello, This is kind of a dumb question but.



I have a MAHA C9000 and AA eneloops , when on a standerd charge ( just sticking dead cells in for a reg charge ) the following info is on the screen,



time 107 min

volts 1.46

Mah 55



my question,



some times the mah is not always up to the the mfg stated mah,



should they be ? OR



If the cell was not completely dead are they only getting charged a little and the mah # that is showing just the charge that was used ?



Now if I refresh them they will come up to close the the mfg stated mah, any where form 1500 to 1900 mah
