Some tweaks ...

Grip area of sheath melted and formed to tighten knife in sheath .
3D printed ferro mount ( PETG )
Ferro rod locks in place ..
Spine of knife ground to make it scrape wood / ferro .

Bushcrafty = Nothing ! What ever knife you take bush and does what you need is BushCrafty !

To me ( Just me ) I also demand a crisp spine for scraping wood / ferro . A sheath mounted ferro rod is a bonus .

PETG .... I guess you could PLA (?) . But PLA has issues . Structurally fragile , low melt temperature . Ok PLA prints easy . The more structurally sound the material you print , the harder it is to print .. Hmmmm ? New carbon PLA ? Expensive ! I do PETG cos it's cheap . Tricky to print , but cheap ! And better strength and heat tolerance . Does not fall apart like PLA can do = De laminate .

Nope ! Have not 3D printed a flashlight yet ! ( On the To Do List )

Nice mods to your Master Hunter! I like that knife as well. Lately, I have been enjoying my Jessmuk C for my outdoor adventures: (Next Gen added for size comparison)

Master Hunter ... Just about the right size N weight .

leukos - That's a sweet pair of knives .

divine - The only thing I did was design and print the ferro rod holder VIA Tinkercad & then mount it for best utility .
