Malkoff M60 MC-E Question

Greetings,

I bought a Malkoff M60 MC-E module (the 500 lumen flood monster) off the Marketplace and was wondering if I can run it with 4 X CR123?

It should handle either 4xCR123a, or 3 rechargeable lithium-ions.

On 4 primaries, you should get 1+1/2 hours of regulated Malkoff floodiness. Probably a similar amount (a little more?) on a Fivemega 3x18650 configuration.

This module has a sublime voltage range.

It would say "DIRECT" or "DIRECT DRIVE" or "DD" on it.

Thank you for bringing up the issue of the 'direct drive' variation. I have the regulated version and was not thinking of 'direct drive'.
