I have a tri I got from infrnl but I didn't care for it, I think it's mostly because of the looks so it's just sitting in my parts tackle box for now

I'm late to the conversation as usual. Just logged on to the site because of the new E2xtd. I'm obsessed with throw even though I find it extremely annoying for pretty much anything I use a light for.
With that said, used the HD18650 warm last weekend on a stroll on a beach with the family, just love it. Like most here, rarely carry it due to the size. I too would love a M61Hot warm, but was advised that the warm tint and the optics don't work well together. Something about colors and distortion. This was information over the phone around the end of last summer so I don't know if anything has changed, but I was under the impression that a 61hot warm can't be done.

I posed that Same question earlier. Before we go nuts trying to get this we should probably find out for sure that it's possible
I'm using TIR like in HOT in my builds and distortion you're a talking about is nowhere visible for me.
