I have read several complimentary posts about Malkoff products in this forum which lead me to purchase one of his MD2 lights last year. It has been a great light that I depend on every night to check on my animals (chickens and sheep). The other night, out of the blue, my trusty light quit. Kaput, nada, dark as a...you get the idea. Ive also read about Mr. Malkoffs dedication to customer service and quick response to make things right. That along with good reviews and the fact that I like to support the little guy when I can led me to purchase one of his products. I emailed the company over a week ago and I havent heard back yet. Im not complaining, hey this time of year, good luck getting ahold of anyone; but I wondered if anyone here had an idea of how to reach someone at Malkoff about what to do with my light. This wasnt after a battery swap (but I did pop in a freshly charged one to check), nothing weird like a drop or loose bezel. I cant imagine my LED would go in this amount of time. This is my only real flashlight and now my stock Maglite seems kind of pitiful. Help? Thanks.
