Man I cannot figure this HID out?

A couple of years ago I purchased this exactly the same HID torch from Fleabay for $243. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290480348379 While doing some research about my flashlights I looked up the email where I purchased it and clicked on the eBay link and the crazy torch is selling for $1231. Now I'm a 56 year old guy that does not smoke dope so what in the heck is going on? I really like this torch and it's great for checking for Termites or tracking deer blood trails during hunting season. Can some one explain what is going on with this? The above is the link that was in my email from 11/2010 when I purchased the HID Torch.

This seller must be taking the mickey. There is nothing special about that HID light to justify the price. Divide by 10 and it is more of a realistic price.

Possibly a Typo or ebay.cn to ebay.com translation error.

The price make sense in RMB (Chinese dollar, about 1/6 of USD)
