Here’s a good video comparison of several different emitters using same light, mk38.
Vinh is your p70 emitter more floody or more throwy vs the xhp70.2? After watching the video, I think more throw than xhp70.2 is needed for a light of this caliber. I like the 50.3 HI emitter best with the sft70 a close second.

SFT70 looks pretty baller in that video. Wonder how XHP70.3 HI compares to P70 and SFT70?

yea actually my favorite is most definitely that sft70. The guy in the video says it’s same intensity as sft40 and same lumens as xhp50.3 HI
That’s is very impressive. So that means we re talking 500kcd and what…25k lumens? Wowzers!

He mentions SFT70 heats up the fastest, but man those numbers and the images look the most impressive.

I'm really curious about XHP70.3 HI.

I wonder how the heat build up and runtime compare though between these

Maybe as hot or a tad hotter than the xhp70.2 35k lumens?

C) Stock XHP70.2 5000K @2s

D) MK38vn XHP70.2 6500K SDCE @2s 31,000L, 185Kcd, 860m

E) MK38vn P70 6500K @2s 30,500L, 180Kcd, 850m

P70 and 70.2 SDCE has identical performance. Tiny differences are WELL within measurement variance.
If you like a neutralish ~5000K tint then SDCE. Otherwise pay a bit more for the cool white tint of P70.

Just in case you're wondering SDCE is a very nice tint to my eyes.
Not as nice as 5000K HD but I prefer it over the 6500K in this particular light which I can see a hint of purple.

My two fav cool white would be Osgram GW 6500K and W2/W2.1 5400K

And also xhp50.3 HI. But I’m almost certain I will take the sft70 if you make this option available.

The swallow OP reflector wont make good use of SBT90.2
Plus price of LEDs will be too high.
Price of Scylla is also pricey.

Vinh please watch the video I linked. It’s post #21.
I believe it’s a video from manker. All their mk38’s have smooth reflector.
