Ran this light on Turbo for like 10 minutes and its hot but not too hot. Wow all that HS is really put to use! What a light :)

This is a well balanced flashlight between flood & throw! Looks big in the picture, but it's really no bigger than the T6vn or X45vn.

Hey, you're right! I was under the impression is was going to be a huge sucker like the x65 but in comparison to that benjamin, it's not THAT ginormous. Must be something about that design that makes it look bigger that it really is.

Thanks for the extra comparison shots and beamshots, Newlumen. I'm even closer to pulling the trigger on one of these now.

Are you using protected or unprotected cells in it?

I'm curious, this is the first time I've heard the need of protected cells for a 70.2 light.
I have seen protected cells required for 50.2 & some Nichia LED's.
What gives?
