Max Safe discharge rate for Eneloop AA and AAA

Hey all,



I've got a massive amount of Eneloop and GP Recyco+ batteries, breaking them in seems like it will take forever...



Could anyone tell me what the fastest discharge rate (without damaging the battery) that AA and AAA eneloops will take? My light can run a battery in 1 hour, so I think 1C is ok?



If anyone could share any wisdom on this I'd appreciate it.
