I planning on building a triple MCE bike light, i'm going to run them in a 3S4P configuration and controll it using the new d2flex from taskled, but need to limit the current to 2A so each die gets 500ma can anyone help please.

That configuration is just not going to work. You would be far better with a maxflex and a 6s2p setup. Max curent per die will only be 600ma not 700 but close enough for the rest of the features the driver gives.

The problem with 6S2P is that there isn't enough room in my lamp to fit 3 20mm stars and so connecting them up like that by hand isn't going to be very easy.
