McE2s DIY kit -- soldering needed?

When you buy the McE2s DIY kit from the shoppe and then select the resistor value in the little drop down do the resistors come presoldered to the board and all one needs to do is assemble or does one need to solder them?

The resistor value you select is for pre-made boards with that resitor value. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to assemble one.

The only time you will need to solder resistors on the MCE2S board is if you order a blank one.
