Can anyone think of a reason Gene anodized the head threads instead of the tail threads? Just curious if there's a compelling reason to use the head for lockout as opposed to the tailcap.

Received mine, these are great and quality to match, I messed around a little but now I really gotta figure out what drop in's to use for each.
