Well, it makes sense if you think about it. The original MegaRay was $4500 (That's what it said on Kenshiro's website beore it stopped working) and that was less powerful with a different optics system.

I am here. You guys are not going to believe this but I have not even had time to take it out of the case since I last posted. I have just been swamped with work and I work into the evenings. on a positive note I have just recieved that IR filter and it is really neat. Now i have a reason to use it with my night vision goggles.

To help you out, I will sacrifice some time to do your beam shots for you. I have everything necessary to do the beam shots except for the MEGARAY. Please send me the light, I will be more than happy to do a mini-review including pictures, and then I will send it back without a scratch...
