Meijer stores - RayoVac PR base LED bulbs $.99

Meijer has some RayoVac conversion bulbs on clearance for $2.79. They are PR based bulbs, 2 cell 30 lumens and 3 or 4 cell 40 lumens.
Not cutting edge technology but would be good to convert some oldies to power outage lights.
I saw them in a few different stores in the metro Detroit area.

I found a bunch of old chrome flashlights for a buck each at an estate sale over the weekend. I took a RayoVack 2C cell and dropped one of these in it. Eh, not too bad. I put some DC Fix diffusion film on the lens. Now it's a handy little around the house light.
I'll try to do an informal run time test with some old Diehard batteries and see how this works as a power outage light.

I was at a store in Westland, MI and these were 99 cents, both the 2 cell and 3 or 4 cell. The shelf tag said $1.99 but they scanned at .99.

2 other stores were sold out so YMMV.
