Mini M*g Mods

I have tried to use the search for this but it seems not to b working.
Can somebody give me a link or some idea's for a super bright mini m*g mod
I know the sandwich shoppe has them but want some other option.

just read about it today myself...
You'll have to pick up the bulb, batteries, and charger separately. But this would make 2AA mini-mag about as bright as a Surefire 9P with P90 bulb, runtime about 30+ minutes.

K I found aurolite Mini M*g post> how I found it so quick was purely luck. there is alot of mods on that post including led stuff. if there is others besides these please let me know. I really really want a hi po incan mini m*g with runtime between 30 min to a hour or more.

If incandescent, then the Auroralite that you is the only one that I know of. I've seen it and it is bright.

the auroralite is going to be about as bright as you can go keeping runtime above 30 minutes.

CPF member Paul_In_Maryland has always said:
1. bright
2. small
3. runtime
"choose any 2"

and if you want to stay with incandecent, then this rule REALLY applies heavily.

Don't forget the two 14500(3.7) batteries and charger, which will cost $75 total(including the kit and the stock light) according to Flashlightreviews. You can get unprotected 14500s from here and a charger here, much cheaper but not as good as AW's batteries and you have to prevent the voltage from dropping below 2.7V to prevent damage to the batteries. AW's have protection which shuts off the battery at low voltages.

go with the AW cells, protection is a must, especially if this is your first foray into the lithium-ion world. You can get an ultrafire brand 2 channel charger for around $10-15 if you shop around online.

I have experience with li-poly and some lith-ion in rc planes cars and boats.
but I am still scared. lol. I just want to round out my incan collection before I am turned to the dark side of the force (pun intended). the LED empire is forcing a take over of the incan rebels.
