Ok guys im new at this stuff so be patient.

Anyhow, i bought a couple of MJLEDS from lambda and cut my first one too short but got success with my second one.

I have to say that i am real impressed by the MJLED and it has brought back new life to my old mini-mag that i used to carry back in the days.

I am so impressed, that i have now thrown my Dorcy 2AA in the glove box of my car for back up duty and my old stand by mini-mag with new MJLED will now be my house, edc, back up light.

I am so impressed that i must say if any of you guys have mini mags lying around, the MJLED is just the ticket to get them back into service with out breaking the bank.

Im going to have to buy more!

Sure is, can you tell.

The dorcy has 4 - 5mm leds

The minimag has 1 - MJLED

I have 2 coming (probably the new ones). I dont mind a little green (but not too much), and they will make great loaners.

Pretty amazing really: about $13 ($7 minimag + $6 for the MJLED) for a very tough, bright, looooong running LED.

I think I will give one to grandma, since she is accustomed to the minimag mechanism, but mine will go into a brinkmann legend.

I ordered 3 from the second batch, hope to get them soon,
didnt know they were brighter though
