Mn21 on a123 18650?

Should the mn21 run about righ on a pair of a123 18650? I have a few sets from the black and decker packs that I'm thinking about using.

The lower voltage sag of the a123 chemistry should leave me at a similar voltage to the stock config, correct?

I just learned that on HOLA's for the M6 voltage is about 2.1 to 2.2 Volts per CR123A primary battery. The voltage a HOLA should run on, is about three times this value....

The a123 cells are about 3.3v 3.6 fully charged, but should sag much less. If noone has a solid answer, I'll just try it and see if it's whiter than the stock config or not. I'm thinking it should be very similar.

It'll be slightly under driven but not too bad. Probably not a bad configuration if you want reliability.

Cool, that's what i was hoping. Should have similar runtime as well. I'll find out when that battery adapter gets here....
