mod idea... does anyone have this light?

I have recently stumbled across this light here....

Not many details on the page though. It is a flashlight with a halogen bulp, to charge it just plug it into your 12V cigarette ligher of your car.

Does anyone own one of those and if so, how easy would it be to put a regulated luxeon in and maybe add a keychain holder? (wouldn-t this be the perfect light?)
Also how does the switch work?

I have a tiny 1w Luxeon Sandwich from a nano mate (lambda). It would probably fit in there nicely. Question is what the battery voltage is and the mAmps it can deliver. Maybe even a 3W would work....
Anyway I ordered me one... I can tell as soon as it arrives..
