My MD1 arrived today, along with my other Malkoff goodies so I was able to put together a working MD1 w/M60NF. The machining is absolutely fist rate. Pictured with its larger sibling.
The MD2 to AA sleeve is really cool too.

I bought a bunch of bodies from Malkoff and got a good price. There are 15 MD1s for sale at $55 shipped in CONUS (additional ones are $50). Overseas shipping will be a little more PM for price.

That clip on Norms MDC- if that was on the the MD1 and I could convince someone to make the Malkoff head in copper I would have the perfect EDC, hands down. Martin, what do you think is that something you could do? Put that clip on the tail? I have an L2P tail that I was going to send to precisionworks to get hooked up with a Ti clip but that MD Tailcap paired with your MD1 would just be the thing I'm looking for if it could get clipped...

http://usaknifemaker.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=pocket+clip seems to sell quick a few pocket clips. I could mount one of those to a tail cap pretty easily.
They sell "low rider" clips like the one on the MDC and regular clips. Pocket clips are something I have been looking at for a while and I just ordered several styles from usaknifemaker to try out. I will post pics when they get here and get installed.
