Modified Maglite

What I would like to buy is a 2 cell C or D Maglite with a modern LED like XPG or XRE or XML or SST50 driven by two 18650s with a decent bit of throw.

Who makes or sells such a thing?

Very nice mod, however he says to use NiMH cells, I really would prefer Li-ion (and mostly prefer 18650s).

How can that be acheived?
