Molicel batteries -- vendors for legit Molicel products

If you purchase Molicel batteries, do you have particular well-regarded, legitimate vendors where you buy them?

And, does any vendor actually sell the Molicel-branded and -wrapped batteries that Molicel shows on their corporate website, or are all the batteries Molicel sells rewrapped or altered either by Molicel or by the vendors? (I suppose I would feel more comfortable buying my first handful of Molicel batteries if they actually looked like the cells from the Molicel website.)

I have also heard Simon at Convoy is very reliable, but it's really best to buy those with the cells (shipping unenclosed cells international tends to not be great, cause they can't go air freight?). I've yet to do so myself, though.

I buy my cells from Simon. He ships them in super cheap crappy flashlights that barely work which gets around shipping restrictions since it's in a device
