Most efficent 1.5v driver?

Can anyone point me to a led driver that takes an input of 1.5v that is efficient? Preferably multi-mode lo-medium-high.No strobes or sos.

Member RV7 offered some pretty good 1.5V drivers early 2008.

I built some LEs for some who supplied MJP-25 drivers. The drivers were three levels & had memory, no useless stobe or SOS either. The drivers looked very well built & I really liked them. Perhaps you can PM Arcmania to see if he still has any left for sale. Or search CLF to see if he has a sale thread for them. I've got some pictures of them but seeing that Mike never posts any pictures of his drivers I won't post them pubically either.
