Any suggestions on a light to carry on my motorcycle to supplement the lame Afghan pot-metal tool kit that it came with. I was considering another AAA ARC, but would like other suggestions.

is it a twin ?
because then you would have to think about durability over millions of vibrations rattling the snot out of it.

because it would sit sideways to the vibration the battery contacts and springs wouldnt be a big issue, what about temperature ? is is air cooled ? cause air cooled puts more heat in that particular area.

will it get damp , because a photon would become useless when wet it would conduct and discharge the battery, the plastic case (for the tools) can usually keep most water out of it.

myself i just always have a photon in my pocket, who can get to the toolkit easily anyways , and if you do get to it what good are them pot metal tiawaneeze tools :)

I want 2 white photons mounted to a half a glasses frame to do some work, like under cars that arent lifted any higher than a pair of jackstands.

most of the eyeglasses things are either head mounted headband things, which has to be adjusted for or they use 4 aa batteries, or a seperate battery pack, the photon design built into a over the ear bridge of nose holder could be so light and durable.
and when working on stuff with 2 Hands having the hands free, yet having your own headlights is important.

for the smoker we could have the cigarette shaped over the ear, and for the administrative assistant who is used to the pen over ear.

Under my Honda VFR750 seat there is always an Eternalight Ergo hold in place with rubber bands. I use this flashlight because its signaling options, wich IMHO are VERY important when you have to stop your bike for any reason on any place.

An LED light for sure. The best small light I'd recommned is the ArcAAA or LE. I wouldn't be without one. If you have more room, the Eternalight is a good choice. Personally, I'd consider having them both. Or always carry the Arc in a jacket pocket, and keep the eternalight (with lithiums) in the tool kit. LEDs are custom made for the rigours of motorcycling!
