Is there a mscp or candlepower output list for
flashlight type bulbs on the web anywhere.
Also I have a ton of rechargable nicads,nimhs &
lithium batteries & need a sourse for bulbs. Most
ive found are for 1.5v battery or a multipule of
that.I need some for 1.2v or multipules of that.

Try Radio Shack. You can get a variety of PR type bulbs, Xenon, Halogen, or Krypton. They are usually by multiples of 1.2v, and you run Alkaline batteries as if they were 1.2v: 2.4v (2 cell lights), 3.6v (3 cell), 4.8v (4 cell), etc. As for MSCP, I think if you multiply the number of Watts (volts x current draw) by 15 you can get a pretty good esitmate of the lumens. Lumens divided by 12.57 is the MSCP, Mean Spherical Candlepower.

Here is part of the bulb listing in the 2002 Radio Shack catalog.
