I'm working on a Novatac and ordered a QLITE momentary driver from Mtnelectronics. I have used LFlex drivers in the past and thought I'd give this one a go. My question is how to correctly wire the Novatac tail cap to the driver. The positive and ground are obvious but the momentary wire has me a bit confused. The website makes mention of wiring the switch to ground and either a pin on the MCU or star 4. I only have the one wire so what are my choices. Any help or advice is appreciated.

That driver needs a momentary switch between pin 2 and ground. When the momentary switch is pressed, the MCU pin (pin 2) is momentarily connected to ground. I'm not familiar with the Novatac so I can't speak on the exact implementation.
