Mule head disassembly

How hard is it to take the mule head apart? And the Sun Drop?

I want to glue, with Norland, two Trit Vials on the face of it.

I just don't want it to be an every tool out of the Snap on roll-a-way event, and an awful tantrum.

PS...I have never had a tantrum, no not me, just want to be crystal clear on that!

I don't use tools at all. Just grab the LE with your fingers and untwist it out. When done, twist it back in.

You might need some needle nose pliers to get it going the first time, otherwise as eala said it's as simple as screwing it in and out.

LE module tops/boards can come loose from the can below. Pay attention that everything stays together and remove carefully to avoid unnecessary contact between edge of LE top and threads.

Would the trit affect the tint of the beam? I know GITD would.

I think it will be overpowered by the light it self.

Thanks for the advice guy's! I will attempt it on a day where there will be no God awful tirade or tantrum.

PS...Really, I have never had a tantrum, or had a terrible fit when things did not go right, never! Like Nixon, I want to make this perfectly clear.
