Hey guys,

Last year I bought this flashlight at the electronics mall hong kong plaza downtown Shanghai.

I am not a pro (yet), so I bet you could tell me what "original" flashlight this design comes from.

It runs on 1AA battery and is my every-day backpack resident flashlight.

From what it feels like the housing is not anodized at all, just painted black since I can scrape it of with my fingernails.

Now for the best part: The price.

This small baby cost me about 15 Yuan, which is something about 2.20 USD!

For this price one cannot complain.

This shows us how much money KD and DX still make although being somewhat cheap already.

Here are some pics:

Looks like a Fenix L1T? The chinese are copying... the chinese..

Forgetting the fenix's origin nationality are we?

I see no distinction of a copy other than perhaps the external cosmetics

overly large clickie, 0.5W LED, non-anodized, heck! for that price I'd buy a box and then some:nana:

it is :grin2:
I figured copying an idea isn't that big of a deal anyway

in my opinion DX is absolut  but I can't say it here or people will :twak:

thanks though:eek:

the light posted he
re looks identical to these, except for the LED

except these LEDs are
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]1 Watt "Sapphire" LEDs some with 6 dies others with 4 depending on the bond wires observed. They are not IMO 1 wat equivalent and looks alot like the pure white [substrate color] LEDs manufactured by Ningbo Zhaoyang Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.
