My custom 18650 P60 host flashlight

This light is in fact half custom, because only the head is home made. The body is Solarforce extender for 18650 cell, and the switch come from DX (sku 14024). Glass lens is AR coated, 26.8 mm x 1.85 mm UCL from Flashlightlens.

I bet you get better heatsinking with the drop-in being soooo snug against the reflector too.

Thanks, guys. Yes, there is a pretty tight fit between drop in and the head. Thin layer of thermal paste is enough to fill the gap.
