While I learn how to use my CNC Machines I made this custom body today, its based on some unfinished blanks I had left from the pineapple run:

And a little video of the machining process:

Hope you all like it :)

If that is your first try, I can't wait to see what you end up doing shortly!!

Thank you for posting the video. I have considered purchasing one of those type machines but have very limited experience with machine work. How long did it take you to figure out how to do what you showed on the video?

Wow, looking good.
That pattern and style make it look like something that fell of an X wing fighter (Starwars).
If that's what you make while you're learning, the finished products are going to be great.

Its my first try, but it wasn't finished in one single run, the program was started/stopped many times to make modifications, I made many conceptual errors, but at the end it looks nice :)

Im learning by myself how to program since around a month in my spare time.

Pablo, very, very nice. The design is very interesting (in a good way :)). Thanks for sharing!

I like it, a lot!

I cant wait to see it once youve got a head and tail mated to it :)

That really looks quite promising at this stage.
I sure hope you can do a small production run of something like that.
Nobody that I can remember has made anything like that yet. ;)

Way to go pablo :twothumbs

I sure wish I had CNC - and the skills to use it :(

Wishing you and your family a great Christmas :)
Colin.
