in trully CPF spirit I took the liberty of drawing my version of mobile1 design.
Kinda of modding a design /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
The idea is to overcome some of the concerns regarding it exposure to the medium, the pushbutton and making the assembly simpler.
The twisty base uses gadgetlovers pushbutton idea (spring not drawn), all the innards are protected by an acrlylic tube.
To remove the battery, you simply remove the twisty base.
Contact between the exterior and the heatsing can is done with allen screws (not drawn) that run thru the acrilyc body from the mid section, providing a good heatpath to the flashligth body
