Of course I been busy lately (5 months in the sandbox), but justed wanted to share some of my latest "projects" and share some of my ideas with my fellow CPF'ers! First up, my custom SF "C/P series" Case...
I made this using the Plano Sportsman Case (designed for handguns)...if you pull the bottom layer off, you find a secondary bottom layer with plick and pluck foam...so, I turned the ribbed portion upside down, and the madness began...

And, here's my G3-BK that I decided to give an OD/Black "Foilage Pattern" while I was over there....

Enjoy the "Eye Candy"!

Looks great, what paint did you use for the camo and how has the durability been?

The light is KT1-HA with an N1 LA, attached to a G2 with an AN14 Battery Extender and powered by a SF B65.

The G3 was painted with So-Sure mil-spec paint. It was originally black, but I gave it two light coats of mil-spec grey primer, and then painted it mil spec black, put the leaves on it and gave it a top coat of mil spec OD. It's been holding up pretty good too... it doesn't scratch nearly as easy as commercial paint! (actually, I've had a hard time getting it to scratch!)

The case is the two gun one, but will fit four, minus the mags...although it's a tight fit! I had it for 15 months before I realized the bottom foam pulled out and had alyer of pick and pluck beneath it!

While at work one day I painted a riverrock 1AA mil spec tan.
They guy a worked with was pretty inpressed by the light anyway so I let him have it.
But he took it atv riding and it got dropped in mud and everything.

I wish I had something else I wanted to paint, but I like most like they are.

It's truly scary that I understand this sentence.

Great setup!
