Need a good mass market flashlight with good "spread".

Hi,
I need a lightweight flashlight that has a good "spread" and is available at a mass marketer like Xmart or Home depot. By spread, I mean that it can throw light around your immediate front rather that a straight throw beam up ahead. This would illuminate my front area and hopefully make me visible to cars ahead.

I need it fairly quickly so I can go purchase it at a mass marketer.

I jig up my flashlights with 2 hoseclamps to my handlebars. thanks.

I can't recommend a model that does what you ask, but you might improve your search results by looking for a model with a lot of "spill", the word most flashlight enthusiasts seem to use for the light that's outside the main beam.
