Ihave 2 piece luxeon who need from ( 4V / 1A ) each.
and i need from help for battery who use :
Ni-Mh or Li-Ion
i use this Luxeon led for my bicycle .

give me help - pls

"usually" You need
1 Li-Ion, or
3 Ni-Mh
to drive a single led

BUT
You have to use the input voltage Your drivers NEED --> read at explanation

Or are You searching for drivers doing what You type?
possibly You can find something at "flashlights/D.I.Y." at www.dealextreme.com

When You do not have a quality charger for Ni-Mh already, Li-Ion is cheaper.
Li-Ion makes for a smaller light and still packs more power in the same size --> the cell at the moment is a "protected" 18650 Li-Ion

Luxeon Led are a thing of the past, Cree (XR-E) and Seoul (P4 - direct replacement for Luxeon) give double the light at the same power (and make less heat).

PS: You will be lower in cost and better off, not to build a light, but to use existing ones that are surprisingly better than most any "real" bike light in that price class (<100,--).
That were Fenix L2D / LD20 for Ni-Mh batt,
Jetbeam JetIII lights for 18650 Li-Ion batt
add some holder (best one homemade from plastic pipe holders found at electronics section in Your local homeware store)
--> done
