Cameras on phones usually got a lense that wont let the light trough that well. So shutter speed will be slow in low light conditions. If you cant hold the camera perfectly still with slow shutter speed, pics will become blurry no matter what camera you use, from phone camera to SLR, same thing. Hand held pictures in the dark will be blurry. Easy to fix with a tripod or putting the camera on something steady like a table. If the camera is in automatic mode it will auto adjust for the lightsource, and you might end up with a beamshot of a 1000 lumen light look dimmer than a 100 lumen light. So full manual settings is a must if you want to compare lights with the help of pictures.
